After the free and non-binding registration with our metal forge, you can directly upload your files or drawing. When uploaded, the parts are checked directly for feasibility. Here we would like to refer to our design guidelines so that the components are manufactured as intended.
You can then configure your components. This includes, for example, selecting the desired material, selecting the desired quantity, adding or deselecting production steps, adding notes, and more.
Now you can start the calculation and the calculator will be pulled out in the metal forge.
After a few seconds, you will receive an offer. Here you can also enter the shipping method and the desired delivery date so that you can then save the offer or order directly.
After ordering, we will check your order and you will receive an order confirmation

At Metallschmiede.com, you have the option to decide how quickly you want to receive the components. This is done as soon as you create your offer, as this involves additional costs. The price is calculated on the basis of the route, the weight and the number of packaging/packages. You can choose from the following delivery times*:

At Metallschmiede.com, we always pack your products in such a way that the products are not damaged during transport. However, if you choose the option “Pick up yourself unpackaged”, your goods will be delivered unpackaged at our shipping location. If you opt for the “self-collection packaged” option, you only bear the packaging costs, but must arrange for collection. If you don't want to worry about anything else, select the “Free shipping” option, we will organise the packaging and shipping, and the costs will be added to the invoice.
