You are also welcome to order material test certificates with a 3.1 certificate from Metallschmiede.com.
With a 3.1 certificate, the manufacturer of the metal issues a declaration which confirms that the material supplied complies with the standards and/or specifications of the material in question. This certificate is issued by the steel manufacturer. You will receive the certificate after the products have been completed as we record the batches during production. If your components have been produced from different batches, you may receive several 3.1 certificates.
At Metallschnmiede.com, we have access to a wide range of different processing methods. Our wide range of machinery combined with decades of experience makes it possible for us to offer so much at Metallschmiede.com. Perhaps even beyond the usual online standard? Laser cutting is a precision technique in which metals and non-metals are precisely cut to size. The laser beam easily cuts the desired shapes out of the material. After cutting, the parts are either shipped directly or to the next processing step, such as deburring, bending, threading or sinking, depending on the product.
The bending of sheets, also known as “bending”, takes place after laser cutting. The parts are machined with countersunk presses or round bends. Bending robots are used for large quantities. Deburring can be done before or after bending.
Deburring, also known as edge breaking, is done after laser cutting to remove burrs on the underside. Despite optimal settings, a certain amount of burr formation cannot be completely avoided. Deburring is possible for steel, stainless steel and aluminum, on one or both sides.
At Metallschmiede.com, we have tube laser systems with which we can cut pipes and rod materials quickly and precisely. Complex contours are also possible. We offer steel, stainless steel and aluminum as raw materials. If you need curved pipes, we are also available.
At Metallschmiede.com, we insert threads (M3—M8) and sinks into sheet metal parts and pipes, before or after bending. Lowering is carried out for thread preparation, countersunk screws or deburring. We process steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Metallschmiede.com offers an efficient solution for manufacturing components. After uploading the assembly, the individual parts are automatically dismantled and configured. You choose material, quantity and immediately receive a price overview.
Punching laser processing combines punching and laser techniques for precise forming of sheet metal parts, such as thread pulls or gills. It enables fine cuts and shapes in one go, saves time and money and offers a high degree of flexibility for various material thicknesses and types.
